The year was 1967 and Houston printer Bud Hadfield, ever the entrepreneur, recognized the impact that the new duplicator press and direct image camera could have on the printing industry. He and his wife Mary launched Kwik Kopy Printing – pioneering many industry concepts that have led to the on-demand digital explosion of today.

The Kwik Kopy franchise brand now includes The Ink Well, Franklin’s Printing, and American Wholesale Thermographers (AWT). Franchise owners are business professionals who provide a full range of printing, graphics, marketing, and mailing services – from small copy jobs to high-volume multi-color printing, signs, banners, and window and auto graphics – and so much more.

The franchise family begun by Bud and Mary over fifty years ago is now under the leadership of Curtis Cheney, founder of Fortusis, LLC based in Utah. However, the rich traditions of American entrepreneurship remain. Our franchise owners are committed to excellence, along with their own determination to succeed.
